josh & nicole

“From the first day that I saw your smiling face, Honey, I knew that we would be together forever.”

This seemed like the perfect quote to use for Nicole and Josh’s blog post. Not only because it’s from a Backstreet Boys song, one of Nicole’s favorites bands, but because it is also true for the two of them! Ladies, if you haven't already, I hope that all of you find someone who looks at you the way Josh looks at Nicole, with the utmost love and respect!

Over the past few months of planning their big day, it is evident how much these two mean to each other. Capturing that on Saturday was such an honor for me. Both of their families were so welcoming and kind that by the end of the night I felt like one of the gang! I especially love Nicole’s love for the Minnesota Vikings, her home team, and Josh’s love for the Packers, his home team, it made for some great jokes these past few months!

Nicole and Josh’s wedding day was held at the beautiful Aud Mar Banquet Hall on Little Muskego Lake. What a perfect setting for such a perfect day. From the beautiful ceremony space, to the lovely pontoon ride before dinner, to the amazing food, everything was off the charts!

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Harris! Thank you for giving me this opportunity to document your wedding day, it was truly a blessing! I wish you many years of wedded bliss together! Skol Vikings and Go Pack Go!

brent & april

“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away” there was a couple that loved each other “3,000” and knew that “…if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to.”

If you don’t quite get all those quotes, go look them up because they are from some of the best-told stories ever, just like April and Brent’s love story!

When I first met April and Brent and learned that Brent proposed on TOP of a mountain in Yellow Stone National Park, I knew that their story was going to be way beyond ordinary. The love that these two share not only for each other but also for their friends and family is phenomenal.

Their wedding day this past Saturday was just as perfect as them. The ceremony took place outside at the lovely Town and Country Club in Sheboygan. We had the most beautiful weather that we could have ever asked for! Especially since it looked like rain for so long and Wisconsin seems to be boycotting Summer!

The Golf Course was such a wonderful location for portraits, and I cannot thank Town and Country enough for letting us wander and use whatever we needed!

April and Brent, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your wedding day, it was an honor to witness you two comment your lives to each other and to be able to document this part of your journey!
