“There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor.” ― Charles Dickens If there is one thing I love most about Nicole and Ross it is their laughter. They are always happy together, always doing whatever they can to serve the other one and bring a smile to their face! I still think back to both of them braving the negative 30-degree wind chill during engagement pictures, and if they can get through that with a smile on their face I think they can get through anything!

Nicole and Ross’s wedding took place in Ross’s parent's backyard, his childhood home, the home of his great-great-great-grandmother! What a more perfect spot to get married then someplace that has been a part of your history for so long! The Kaat’s have a beautiful property filled with flowers and beautiful rolling meadows! It was the perfect backdrop for our portraits! We were able to incorporate their family’s barn which Ross spent a lot of time in during his childhood, working with the animals for 4-H. I absolutely love incorporating memories like these that you will remember and be able to reflect on for the rest of your lives!

I also need to take a minute and give a HUGE thanks to Buechler Farms for being so kind and compassionate towards Nicole and Ross. Nicole and Ross’s wedding venue burned down only a few weeks before the wedding leaving some big shoes to fill. Buechler Farms came in and saved the day and all of us could not be more thankful! The reception was again beautiful and filled with lots of love laughter and dancing!

Thank you, Nicole and Ross, for everything and for this opportunity to share in these precious moments with you! You too deserve all the happiness in the world and I pray God blesses you as you begin your life together!
