“Promise me that you'll always be, the same person you've always been. And love me whether I'm strong or weak, say you won't let go.” Crowded Room by Conor Maynard

Lindsey and Marcus truly feel like family. As I got ready Friday morning to leave the house for their wedding it felt like I was getting all emotional as I would for someone close to me. Witnessing some of the most important and beautiful moments in their lives lately and over the last several years has been such an honor and a treat and made their wedding day that much more special.

Lindsey and Marcus have the kind of love that people wait a lifetime hoping to find. They complement each other in the very best of ways and are always there for each other with a kind word of encouragement or a joke to bring laughter to the other. Planning this day with them has been so much fun and the day exceeded my greatest expectations!

As each moment passed on Friday it was clear how much love filled their day and just how much family and friends mean to them. When Dad saw Lindsey as a bride for the first time tears welled in my eyes thinking about how, as parents, we hold our baby through every important moment in their lives and Friday he was holding her for only a brief second of that important moment as now Marcus would be that for her. Such a beautiful moment. Private vows during the ceremony were beyond lovely and made it feel so much more personal. Portraits, cake, dancing, and laughter, I could go on and on but trust me, every second of their wedding day was well celebrated!!

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Egerer! May God bless your family as you start this new adventure together. I cannot wait to see where life will take you and how the Lord will guide your path!

“If the sky, that we look upon, should tumble and fall, Or the mountains, should crumble, to the sea I won't cry, I won't cry, no-no-no I won't shed a tear Just as long, as you stand, by me.”

Every wedding this year has been just like a fairy tale and I count myself so lucky that my couples have entrusted me to help tell that fairy tale through portraits!! Emily and Bryce’s wedding was no exception, every little detail was so classic and elegant, and timeless, I would shoot their wedding day over and over because they are such a dream to work with!

As they both got ready on Saturday surrounded by those closest to them you could just feel the love that everyone around them had for this couple and how much support they had from everyone!

They had a wonderful ceremony at St. Mary’s encouraging them to look to God to direct their steps and keep him as the center of their relationship! I don’t think there was a dry eye as Emily came down the aisle, she made such a beautiful bride!!

After the ceremony, we went and explored Delefied for portraits and had just the most beautiful weather downtown and at Liberty Park!

When it came time to join the reception we were greeted by more and more loving family and friends, truly the best atmosphere for celebrating!!

Emily and Bryce we wish you all the best on your next big adventure together and cannot wait to see all of the amazing things you will do together as the new Mr. & Mrs. Texeira!!
